Le weekend dernier, les enfants se sont bien amuses! Nous avons ramasse les feuilles mortes dans le jardin, joue a la balancoire, puis sommes alles a Newlin Grist Mill nourrir les canards sauvages. Ils etaient affames les pauvres! Et nous avons fini l'apres midi a Oasis, un parc de jeux pour enfants. Nous sommes rentres bien epuises!
Kids had a great time last weekend. We wrecked leaves in the yard, played on the swingset, then went to Newlin Grist Mill feed the ducks. They were very hungry! then we ended up at Oasis, in the playground. We came home exhausted!
voici quelques photos d'Halloween. Nous avons d'abord fete Halloween a l'ecole maternelle. Zoe avait fait des cup cakes au chocolat! Puis dans le quartier nous avons fait du porte a porte et declare fierement "Trick or Treat" , literalement: des gateries ou un tour de magie! Liam a porte les sacs de bonbons tres fierement. Insistant sur les "pleeeaaase" et "Thank you"! Zoe s'est presente: je suis Zoe, la princesse!
Here are a few pics we took at Halloween. We celebrated Halloween at daycare. Zoe made chocolate cup cakes that all her little friends ate at snack time. Then we walked in the neighborhood, from door to door "trick or treat" ! Liam proudly carried the buckets full of candy and was very polite. Zoe introduced herself as the Princess!
Au revoir les boucles d'or et les cheveux d'ange! Ils l'ont fait: m'emmener chez le coiffeur pour me faire couper les cheveux. Mes boucles ont disparu et mes cheveux sont plus epais. J'ai l'air d'un vrai petit garcon maintenant et non plus d'un bebe! Mon pere est heureux mais Mommy regrette mes boucles de bebe!
Big Smile! yes, we just spent labor day weekend in Annapolis, MD. We had fun visited the city, inner harbor, surroundings, beautiful parks like the quiet rivers park. Zoe tried chocolate ice cream and loved it. During the whole trip, she sang "to the beach, zoe goes to the beach", unfortunately for her, there is no beach in Annapolis! She will have to wait until Sept. 16th when we are spending the week in OC, NJ. Still, Annapolis is surrounded by water, rivers, marinas, boats, and ducks (important duckies for our Liam). oh, and I almost forgot, what about the Naval Academy?
At last, our Liam who decides he wants to walk and walks around the house holding my hand. It's high time! He also discovered a cute truck on which to sit down and move around...
